If the venue is to be cancelled 7 days prior to your booking, cancellation fees apply. Over 7 days notice of cancelation does not incur a charge. If 7 days or less notice is given you will be charged the fulll cost of the venue hire. You are expected to respect the furniture and decor. Any damage of this will be chargeable. You are expected to leave th room in the same state as you entered it. Due to the self service nature of our refreshemnts, all cups, plates etc. that are used are to be washed and returned to their cuboards.
